Personalized Items
Due to the personalized nature of our product, all personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, or an error was made with your order.
Damage or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
I will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if the error was ours.
Non-Personalized Items
Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if the item was unused and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders maybe changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has started, we cannot make changes or cancellations.

Tumble dry on low heat or hang to air dry for best results
Do no bleach
If ironing is necessary, turn the shirt inside out and use low heat. Do not iron directly on the design.

To keep your printed shirt looking vibrant and prevent the graphic from cracking or peeling, you need to use specific washing and drying steps.
Follow these care instructions to maximize the lifespan of your print:
Wash Inside Out: Always turn the shirt inside out before throwing it in the machine. This protects the printed film from rubbing against other clothes, zippers, and buttons.
Use Cold Water: Wash on a cold cycle. Hot water can soften the print over time and cause the design to lift.
Mild Detergent Only: Use a standard, mild laundry detergent. Strictly avoid bleach, oxiclean, and fabric softeners, as these harsh chemicals break down the print bonds.
Air Dry Preferred: Hang or lay the shirt flat to dry. This is the absolute best way to preserve the graphic.
Tumble Dry Low (If Necessary): If you must use a machine dryer, use the lowest heat setting or an "air fluff" cycle. High heat shrinks cotton and warps the printed film.
Never Iron the Print: Do not pass a hot iron directly over the design, or it will melt. If you need to iron the shirt, turn it inside out and use a low heat setting, or place a piece of parchment paper over the design.
Avoid Dry Cleaning: The heavy chemical solvents used in dry cleaning will ruin the design.
