Return and Refund Policy

At Dixon Customique , I take pride in creating custom products. Because some items are personalized or made to order, please read the return policy carefully.

Personalized Items

• Due to the personalized nature of our product, all personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, or an error was made with your order.

Damage or Incorrect Orders

• If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

• I will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if the error was ours.

Non-Personalized Items

• Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if the item was unused and in their original condition.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Order Changes and Cancellations

• Orders maybe changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has started, we cannot make changes or cancellations.

• Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Packaging

• Cosmetic/tote bags, T-shirts and other fabric items are neatly packaged in protective mailers or boxes.

• Mugs and other fragile items are wrapped with protective cushioning and shipping in sturdy boxes to help prevent damage during transit.

Choose your favorite style, colors, name, images, or special details, and I'll create a one-of-a-kind piece made especially for you.

Care Instructions

• Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors.

• Use a mild detergent

• Tumble dry on low heat or hang to air dry for best results

• Do no bleach

• If ironing is necessary, turn the shirt inside out and use low heat. Do not iron directly on the design.

• Do not dry clean
