Personalized Items
Due to the personalized nature of our product, all personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, or an error was made with your order.
Damage or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
I will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if the error was ours.
Non-Personalized Items
Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if the item was unused and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders maybe changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has started, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
